Dreaming a new dream – the 40 day challenge

This 40 day challenge was set by Kay in May 2011, but you can start at any time.  It works on the principle that, using shamanic practice, we can dream a new reality.

A Complaint Free World: The 21-day challenge that will change your life

In 2006 Will Bowen set his parish the challenge of living complaint free for 21 days.  He provided bracelets for each person to wear, the premise being simple: when you complain, criticise, or gossip, you change the bracelet to the other wrist and start over again.  Today, over eight million bracelets have been sent out by the charity A complaint free world.  Find out for yourself how you can change your own reality through the power of your words.
