‘Intuitive Healer’ is an exciting course for healers to develop their intuitive and creative potential. The course runs on one Saturday a month for 6 months, with personal work between classes, and is designed for those already on the healing path who are committed to continued personal development.

2013 dates are now available! The course will be held at Buddha on a Bicycle in Covent Garden, London. The dates are: Saturday 16th March, Saturday 13th April, Saturday 18th May, Saturday 29th June, Saturday 20th July and Saturday 3rd August.

On this self-development course, you will be connected to powerful natural healing energies and will learn energy healing techniques that allow your own and your client’s bodies to speak to you in new ways. You will learn to guide others safely through healing meditations, meet and communicate with spirit guides and power animals, and remove and dispose of energetic blockages. You will build your psychic skills and learn to relay information received psychically to clients in a healing setting, and hold space to allow deep healing to take place safely. Together with your group, your confidence will grow and together we will celebrate your creative potential as a healer. By the end of the course you will have created at least 8 energy healing techniques.

This is a level 2 course (view our full course programme) and on completion students can move on to the Way of the Weaver shamanic practitioner training.

Course outline

Session 1: Grounding

• Smudging ceremony
• Receive your initial connections to the energies
• Learn some traditional shamanic healing and journeying concepts
• Undertake a shamanic journey to meet your power animal
• Learn about your animal’s medicine, and how to build a strong relationship
• Learn a basic energy healing format
• Perform and receive an intuitive healing session with the help of your animal

Session 2: Holding space

• Smudging ceremony & group meditation
• Learn how to hold space while healing
• Practice creating and taking down sacred space
• Consider concepts of ‘blockages’ in the energy body, and how to perceive them
• Learn how to remove and dispose of energetic blockages safely
• Experience a self healing meditation
• Perform and receive an intuitive healing session to remove and dispose of blockages within your sacred space

Session 3: Guidance

• Smudging ceremony & group meditation
• Journey to meet your healing spirit guide
• Consider the spirit guides, and learn how to work with them
• Perform and receive an intuitive healing session with the assistance of spirit guides
• Learn about guided meditation as a healing technique
• Create a meditation with a partner
• Lead and experience guided meditations for healing
• Cleansing ceremony & close

Session 4: Psychism

• Smudging ceremony & group meditation
• Journey to meet your psychic spirit guide
• Learn about direct perception of the energy body and psychic information
• Perform and receive a psychic reading and mental/emotional healing
• Consider the many ways that spirit can speak through you
• Learn about how to bring psychic readings into your healing sessions
• Perform and receive an intuitive psychic healing session
• Cleansing ceremony & close

Session 5: Energy sources

• Smudging ceremony & group meditation
• Lead the group through a short meditation of your own creation
• Learn about the healing qualities of the elements and consider how they may be used in healing
• Create an elemental healing session with a partner
• Perform and receive an intuitive elemental healing session
• Consider further sources of healing energy
• Design an energy healing session with a partner
• Perform and receive an intuitive healing session using a specific energy source

Session 6: Creativity

• Smudging ceremony & group meditation
• Lead the group through a symbol meditation of your own creation
• Learn about the power of sound and mantra
• Create a group mantra
• Create a mantra with a partner
• Work with a partner to create your own original healing method using any of the techniques you have learned on the course
• Perform and receive a newly created intuitive healing session
• Certificate ceremony
• Cleansing ceremony & close

Applicants should be aware of the deep personal healing that can be experienced when undertaking training such as this. For those of us on the healing path, a commitment to growth and development is important and sometimes this means making changes in our lives to support our own healing. Like so many other healing paths taking this course can facilitate a personal energetic shift. It is an ‘attunement’ or initiatory experience, a blessing where we learn much about ourselves.

Course details

Intuitive Healer is comprised of 6 one day workshops, over a 6 month period. Attendance at all workshops is expected, as is completion of homework between classes.

Cost: £500 – a deposit of £100 is required to reserve your place, the balance of £400 is payable on the day of the first workshop.

Payment plans are available, where the course is paid for in instalments. The final instalment must be made before the course ends.

This course forms the foundation of the Way of the Weaver shamanic practitioner training programme. It is not suitable for complete beginners to healing / energy work.
